Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document partner business and technical requirements for integrations, migrations, reporting, and platform configurations.
Evaluate partner technical environments and recommend scalable solution approaches.
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design discussions, proofs of concept, and implementation planning.
Support API, email, and web services integrations, migrations, onboarding, and platform implementations.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Sales, and Project Management teams on scope, dependencies, timelines, and requirements.
Translate partner needs into technical tasks, project plans, and implementation documentation.
Deliver technical presentations, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and enablement sessions.
Provide guidance on solution architecture, integrations, implementation strategies, and technical issue resolution.
Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges and support ongoing partner relationships.
Stay informed about relevant technologies, products, hosting platforms, and industry trends.

Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of technical solution design, integrations, implementation planning, and systems analysis.
Experience with APIs, web services, migrations, onboarding projects, or platform implementations.
Ability to communicate technical topics with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication, documentation, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hosting, telecommunications, cloud services, email platforms, or web services environments is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and technical priorities simultaneously.
Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and partner environments quickly.
Willingness to travel occasionally for partner discovery, implementation, or enablement activities.
