- Collaborate with product teams to shape the technical vision for search.
- Drive the roadmap for Elasticsearch’s indexing and query execution.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical projects in search infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch or Lucene.
- Strong skills in core Java and familiarity with advanced data structures.
- Ability to work autonomously and guide projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
