Base Salary
$192k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear technical blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure capacity and training readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployments.
- Drive and track initial and ongoing workload ramp from agreement through consumption.
- Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads during project execution.
- Drive sustainable product usage, customer value realization, and future renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience presenting to or working with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud products and competitive differentiation.
- Preferred experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
- Preferred experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.

- US base salary of $192000-$267000 USD, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
