Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across backend and database layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share technical knowledge.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend product development improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–9 years of experience as a backend developer.
- Experience developing and maintaining backend and database components of web applications.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
