Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical workflows and automations for AI-enabled solutions.
- Build services, APIs, data connections, and system integrations needed by AI agents.
- Connect group-level AI services with Intrum’s local systems, data, and workflows.
- Develop production-ready, maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions with monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and supportability.
- Participate in solution design, production deployment, and continuous improvement with business, IT, and international stakeholders.
Requirements
- Practical experience in software development, integrations, or technical automation.
- Experience building solutions suitable for production use.
- Understanding of language models, AI agents, and supporting technical services.
- Experience with APIs, data processing, and system integrations.
- Ability to design maintainable and scalable technical solutions and translate business needs into working implementations.
- Suitable higher-education degree, such as in information technology, software development, computer science, automation, or a related field.
- Ability to work proactively, analytically, collaboratively, and in Finnish and English.
- Experience or understanding of AI agents, multi-step automations, Azure services, cloud integrations, workflow orchestration, databases, data-source solutions, version control, container technologies, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, secure integrations, access-control models, or regulated environments is advantageous.
