Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications integrating LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent-based components.
- Define scalable, robust, performant, and production-ready GenAI architectures.
- Implement APIs, microservices, and AI pipelines in an industrial cloud environment.
- Support client teams with scoping, technical expertise, architecture reviews, audits, and best-practice guidance.
- Ensure solution quality, security, compliance, and observability under governance and risk-management standards.
- Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, task allocation, continuous improvement, and modernization of components.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and OpenAI API.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience working in demanding, production-grade industrial environments and large enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and MLOps pipelines is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, continuous learning, planning, and organizing skills.
