Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery of software projects.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex technical problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate communication and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with SnapLogic.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to lead and manage software development teams.
- Expertise in code quality practices and code reviews.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.
