Responsibilities
- Work directly with client business teams to understand ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end solutions from data to AI.
- Profile, clean, transform, join, and integrate messy real-world data while building lightweight pipelines and data products.
- Design, build, and demonstrate AI/ML workflows, GenAI applications, and agentic-AI solutions using cloud-native services.
- Rapidly iterate through prototypes, demonstrations, and feedback to validate or discard ideas.
- Define data requirements, source mappings, solution designs, and handoff plans for validated ideas.
- Build responsibly with attention to data quality, lineage, privacy, guardrails, compliance, and data residency.
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute reusable accelerators, connectors, assets, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; for the senior position, approximately 3+ years of hands-on data, AI, or software engineering experience, or a master’s degree and approximately 2 years of experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills with experience building ETL or ELT data pipelines and AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
- Experience with LLM or agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Service, LangChain, LangGraph, or Bedrock Agents, plus retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Ability to profile, wrangle, integrate, and model messy real-world data end to end.
- Hands-on cloud experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure, or with AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience preparing features, embeddings, and retrieval corpora for AI/ML or GenAI.
- Good communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders in client environments.
- Preferred qualifications include financial-services or regulated-industry experience, familiarity with AML/KYC, EU AI Act, GDPR, and data residency requirements, rapid-prototyping or startup experience, MLOps/DataOps/LLMOps exposure, modern data tooling experience, cloud certifications, and consulting or product experience.
