Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow AI engagements and workstreams across solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 5-10 or more, including consultants, developers, testers, and offshore resources.
- Provide ServiceNow AI expertise for NOW Assist, Moveworks, AI Control Tower, AI Search, virtual agents, and related transformation initiatives.
- Configure AI Search, customize search relevance, integrate knowledge management systems, and deploy and optimize NOW Assist Skills Kit solutions.
- Configure and integrate Moveworks for automated ticket resolution using conversational AI and workflow automation.
- Develop prompts, orchestrate multiple LLMs, and implement RAG techniques within ServiceNow workflows.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and build client relationships.
- Support delivery management, including planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs, proposals, estimates, and project artifacts.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members and recommend solutions, policies, and procedures for complex problems.
- Travel to meet client needs when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Typically 2-5 years of relevant ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions such as NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.
- At least one qualifying ServiceNow NOW Assist certification for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
- 5+ years of Big Four or equivalent consulting experience.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others, with the ability to manage 5-10 or more resources.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Search, NOW Assist Skills Kit, virtual agents, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG, MCP, and A2A protocols.
- Ability to lead client workshops, manage delivery activities, support pre-sales, and communicate effectively with executives.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel to meet client needs.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certification is preferred.
- Prior Moveworks implementation experience is highly desired.
Benefits
- Base salary is listed as $142,600 to $261,500 nationally and $171,200 to $297,200 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
