Base Salary
$154k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with public sector customers to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute account strategies for GitLab adoption.
- Own the technical evaluation process, including POC and POV design and delivery.
- Lead the creation of Customer Success Plans to ensure smooth deployment.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to advocate for GitLab within their organizations.
- Channel customer feedback to influence product and marketing strategies.
- Maintain expertise in GitLab and related technologies, creating reusable assets.
- Run Value Stream Assessments to identify improvement opportunities for customers.
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to team learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles, ideally with U.S. public sector customers.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab and familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms in regulated environments.
- Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in continuous learning and mentoring.
