Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Respond to, triage, and resolve L2/L3 Salesforce Service Cloud production incidents within established SLAs.
- Troubleshoot Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, integrations, asynchronous processing, and batch jobs using Salesforce debugging and monitoring tools.
- Monitor production health, performance, governor limits, integration queues, and batch processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve platform reliability and reduce recurring incidents.
- Support Service Cloud configuration, customization, user administration, data management, reporting, releases, deployments, and change management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong Salesforce Service Cloud production support expertise.
- Experience managing L2/L3 production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting experience with Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Aura components.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external system callouts.
- Experience monitoring production environments, analyzing debug logs, investigating governor-limit issues, and resolving batch job failures.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification are required.
- Experience supporting Service Cloud case management, assignment rules, escalation rules, queues, page layouts, and permission sets.
- Knowledge of user administration, profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, reporting, and data quality activities.
- Experience with Salesforce release management, deployments, and change management.
- Advanced Service Cloud production operations, platform optimization, root cause analysis, performance tuning, proactive monitoring, and enterprise stakeholder collaboration are preferred.
