Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Appian applications for provider-focused business processes and enterprise workflow automation.
- Build and enhance solutions using Appian RPA and Appian AI capabilities.
- Create BPMN-based process models and translate business requirements into scalable workflow solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize integrations between Appian applications and enterprise systems.
- Configure and maintain MariaDB data models, schemas, and queries for high-volume transactional applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing and support application quality, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot application issues, tune performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, process flows, and support artifacts.
- Support release planning, deployments, and ongoing production operations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering Appian solutions in enterprise environments.
- Advanced Appian application-development expertise covering process models, interfaces, records, reports, rules, and workflow automation.
- Advanced proficiency with BPMN modeling and process automation design.
- Experience with MariaDB, including schema design, query optimization, and relational database management.
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Appian RPA solutions.
- Experience using Appian AI capabilities for intelligent automation and workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application connectivity.
- Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and delivering business-focused solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for distributed teams.
- Appian certification, such as Appian Certified Developer, Senior Developer, or Lead Developer, is preferred.
- Healthcare, provider-operations, scalable workflow automation, performance tuning, cloud architecture, digital transformation, DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, and mentoring experience are preferred.
