Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new customer project teams onto the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct Salesforce design reviews and ensure compliance with best practices, DOT security standards, and multi-tenant requirements.
- Perform deployments and production releases using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Provide advanced Salesforce administration support, including SSO setup, certificate rotation, custom domain management, connected-service restoration, and Data Loader activities.
- Support incident response activities under contractual SLAs and participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
- Participate in platform ATO renewal assessments, mid-year changes, operational meetings, and customer technical design reviews.
- Write policy and procedure documentation and manage the DTC Governance Library.
- Recommend and lead improvements to DTC operations, platform services, standards, and toolsets.
- Provide Salesforce consultation, solution reviews, technical briefings, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience with declarative and programmatic development and troubleshooting.
- Experience writing and analyzing Apex, Lightning Web Components, YAML, and other enterprise Salesforce code, plus experience with MuleSoft and pipeline management.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce deployments and CI/CD pipeline administration using GitHub as source control.
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer certifications with a Trailblazer profile link.
- US citizenship or a Green Card is required.
- Ability to obtain a federal government public trust clearance.
- Residence in the United States and ability to support Eastern Time work hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Consultant, and/or Architect certifications.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise data governance, cloud data warehousing, Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce agents, Salesforce consultation, OmniStudio, Salesforce CRM data models, CRM Analytics, AppExchange utilities, DocuSign, and Own.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and written documentation skills are preferred.
