- Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI Agents or platforms for millions of users.
- Strong experience in building production AI Agents.
- Expertise in system architecture and platform design.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives across teams.
- Hands-on technical leader willing to design and ship features.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
