Base Salary
$101k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, operate, and improve the global CloudVision SaaS service fleet for scalability, reliability, and stability.
- Lead or contribute to data platform architecture and performance, capacity planning, autoscaling, disaster recovery, observability, service network architecture, cost optimization, and cloud-first application security.
- Manage deployments of distributed database systems and large-scale SaaS applications in Kubernetes-native environments.
- Participate in the FedRAMP on-call rotation across West and East Coast time zones.
- Develop automation and operational tooling using Go, Python, Bash, Ansible, and Pulumi.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Experience managing FedRAMP SaaS environments or other highly regulated systems.
- Proven experience developing or managing deployments of distributed database systems or large-scale SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or other programming languages.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with GCP and GKE is preferred.
