Responsibilities
- Perform initial diagnosis, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
- Resolve incident root causes and handle advanced escalations from SEs and SREs.
- Validate product runbooks, monitoring and KPI dashboards, SLAs, and customer-notification procedures.
- Expand product functionality through automation, tooling, and dashboard improvements.
- Improve logging and monitoring for faster and more accurate error detection.
- Conduct code reviews and share sustain engineering and troubleshooting best practices.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation.
- Coordinate with product owners, vendors, and business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions and functional knowledge of supply chain and planning.
- Deep business-process knowledge in IBP, o9 or SAP, transportation, supply chain, or related domains.
- Proficiency with ITSM and ServiceNow.
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational governance.
- Strong cross-system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Vendor-management, stakeholder-coordination, escalation-management, risk-assessment, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with business and technical audiences.
- Leadership presence and a continuous-improvement mindset without requiring direct people management.
