Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a unified security framework across hybrid cloud and on-premise industrial environments.
- Implement end-to-end encryption for robotic telemetry and video training data at rest and in transit.
- Design and manage RBAC and OIDC/SAML authentication across the robot fleet and developer platforms.
- Establish secure, auditable remote access for engineers troubleshooting robots at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and harden networking configurations in complex industrial environments.
- Audit and secure infrastructure deployments using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to security-related outages and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to meet enterprise security and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least five years of professional experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
- Demonstrated experience with distributed systems security and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Hands-on Linux systems engineering and networking experience.
- Proficiency with encryption standards, RBAC, and MFA systems.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible for infrastructure as code.
- Development experience with Kubernetes and security in containerized environments.
- Proficiency in Python or Go for security tooling and automation.
- Strong communication skills, customer empathy, initiative, and end-to-end ownership.
