Responsibilities

Build and optimize self-hosted GitLab CI/CD pipelines for hybrid deployments.
Create reusable CI/CD templates for build, test, package, and release workflows.
Operate and improve container platforms, including migration from Docker-based environments to Kubernetes, with AKS preferred.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration automation with Ansible.
Embed DevSecOps controls into pipelines, including SAST/DAST, dependency and license scanning, and secrets handling.
Manage container image lifecycle and security using Harbor and Trivy where applicable.
Improve observability, alerting, and reliability across infrastructure and applications using Elastic, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Partner with Engineering, QA, Security, and IT Operations to reduce incidents and improve deployment confidence.
Support cost-aware operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP with a FinOps mindset.

At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with self-hosted GitLab CI/CD.
Hands-on experience creating and managing Docker containers.
Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience; AKS is preferred, with EKS or GKE also welcomed.
Solid production experience with Terraform and Ansible.
Strong Linux, networking, and container fundamentals.
Experience embedding security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
Preferred experience with Harbor, Trivy, Vault, HAProxy, Traefik, VMware, ISO 27001-aligned security practices, and FinOps or cloud cost optimization.
