Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team’s technical direction and roadmap for platform streaming capabilities.
- Design and implement high-impact systems while owning features end-to-end from design through delivery.
- Participate in architectural discussions focused on technical challenges, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams on cross-functional projects.
- Improve system observability, reliability, scalability, and operational practices while sharing knowledge with teammates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software development experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and tuning highly scalable, event-driven systems.
- Solid understanding of database fundamentals and experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Experience with Golang or Java is preferred.
- Experience with TypeScript and React is an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is an additional advantage.
- Interest or familiarity in the Identity and Access Management domain is an additional advantage.
