Responsibilities

Provide level 3 support for RTMDS market data infrastructure and assist level 2 and first-line support teams.
Support automation, production deployments, platform management, patching, compliance, and infrastructure delivery.
Develop infrastructure inventory and complex automation for mass infrastructure delivery.
Resolve complex build-process, RTMDS configuration, inventory, hardware, and custom-configuration issues.
Document procedures and train level 1 and level 2 teams on complex support tasks.
Implement and improve production monitoring in collaboration with core engineering.
Assist development and engineering teams with product functionality and production issues.
Work with QE teams to maintain testing in CI inventory and production pipelines.
Collaborate with network teams to test WAN and LAN delivery.

Knowledge of financial-sector market data and experience delivering market-data solutions.
Domain expertise with LSEG RTDS products including RTDS ADH, ADS, DACS, and ATS.
Experience with networks and server hardware.
In-depth knowledge of RHEL and shell scripting, with a proven record troubleshooting market-data network issues.
Experience with automation tools such as Rundeck and advanced scripting languages such as Python.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Git, and DX1.
Preferred experience with HPE Synergy, ITRS, BigPanda, and HPE OneView.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, inclusiveness, accountability, analytical ability, and leadership of delivery teams, operations, and partners.
