Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and build business solutions based on stakeholder needs and best practices.
- Perform business analysis to understand business processes and customer requirements.
- Test solutions, verify performance, and resolve identified issues.
- Develop and support migration plans across environments while guiding stakeholders.
- Document solutions, create training materials, conduct end-user training, and transition information to support teams.
- Identify enhancements and process improvements for product and solution functionality.
Requirements
- Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Apex, or Python.
- Strong business analysis, functional requirements documentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to manage project scope and timelines while setting customer expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience preparing and presenting business analysis documentation for stakeholder approval.
