Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for member-facing applications.
- Develop and own a comprehensive regression suite for the health insurance platform.
- Embed with product engineering teams to enhance quality during the development cycle.
- Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines for reliable feedback.
- Pioneer AI-powered quality engineering and implement intelligent testing solutions.
- Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Define quality metrics and reporting for engineering leadership.
- Champion a quality-first culture and mentor developers on best practices.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience as an SDET, Test Automation Engineer, or Quality Engineer.
- Deep expertise in building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience testing modern web applications and backend services.
- Proficiency with API and integration testing tools and practices.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills to influence engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
