Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, EC/Portals, workflows, flows, catalog, and ITOM.
Build reusable and scalable components using out-of-the-box functionality while minimizing customization and technical debt.
Develop and maintain integrations with REST and SOAP APIs and external systems.
Work with architects to follow design standards and guardrails.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Deliver clean, maintainable solutions independently with minimal oversight.

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules rather than a single area.
Advanced scripting capability using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
Experience building integrations and working with APIs.
Solid understanding of CMDB and data structures.
Data foundations experience is mandatory.
Ability to deliver independently in a senior capacity.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is desirable.
