Responsibilities
- Automate prototype environment provisioning and teardown using Kubernetes, GitOps, and Terraform.
- Manage demo deployments to showcase new initiatives with reliability and observability.
- Validate air-gapped, on-prem, and cloud constraints early in development cycles.
- Build observability for prototypes using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Create infrastructure handoff packages including deployment specs and runbooks.
- Collaborate with the Platform team to align prototypes with standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SRE or platform engineering with Kubernetes and GitOps.
- Experience with rapid environment provisioning and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to validate deployability constraints early in development cycles.
- Strong technical writing skills for clear deployment specs and handoff artifacts.
- Eligibility to work in Germany; EU/NATO citizenship preferred.
