Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architectures for national and international transformation programs.
- Advise customers on future enterprise architecture and support their digital transformation as a Trusted Advisor.
- Moderate Fit-to-Standard workshops, analyze business requirements, and create sustainable solutions based on SAP Best Practices.
- Own the cross-functional solution architecture across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure adherence to Clean Core, standardization, future-readiness, and SAP S/4HANA Private or Public Cloud integration principles.
- Collaborate with project leadership, business functions, development teams, and SAP experts to maintain a consistent overall architecture.
- Support presales activities, architecture reviews, proposals, and solution presentations for management and C-level stakeholders.
- Develop architecture standards, methods, and best practices and coach colleagues on complex projects.
Requirements
- A university degree in business informatics, information systems, economics, or a comparable qualification such as HTL, HAK, or AHS with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Consultant in complex SAP transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ideally across both Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments.
- End-to-end process knowledge across multiple business areas, such as Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience developing holistic solution architectures and moderating Fit-to-Standard workshops and design decisions.
- Strong understanding of Clean Core, cloud strategies, standardization, integration architectures, and SAP Best Practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with management and C-level stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking, strategic consulting skills, personal responsibility, and strong quality awareness.
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
