Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions covering architecture, process models, data structures, and integrations.
- Implement complex processes, business rules, reports, and C# SDK plugins using WEBCON Designer Studio.
- Lead integrations with ERP, DMS, identity systems, and external APIs while defining reusable integration patterns.
- Make technical decisions regarding platform configuration, performance, upgrades, and environment setup.
- Review other developers’ solutions and enforce naming, versioning, deployment, and technical standards.
- Support estimation and requirements scoping with clients and delivery leadership.
- Mentor mid-level developers and share knowledge across the practice.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis for critical workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial software development experience, including substantial WEBCON BPS experience.
- Proven delivery of multiple WEBCON BPS applications from design through production, including migrations or upgrades.
- Advanced WEBCON Designer Studio and WEBCON SDK experience with C# and .NET.
- Strong T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience, including performance tuning of process-related queries.
- Solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for advanced form customization.
- Strong understanding of system integration methods including REST, SOAP, and authentication mechanisms.
- Understanding of business process modeling and translating business requirements into process designs.
- Good written and spoken English for client-facing work and documentation.
- Experience with Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine is advantageous.
- WEBCON BPS certifications, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform integration experience, regulated-industry delivery experience, and familiarity with WEBCON release management are advantageous.
