Base Salary
$125k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale AI architectures for complex financial and alternative data.
- Architect end-to-end ML pipelines for structured market data, unstructured documents, and real-time feeds.
- Develop NLP systems that extract and validate metrics from documents, reports, and regulatory filings.
- Apply LLMs, computer vision, deep learning, conversational AI, semantic search, RAG, and multi-agent architectures to financial use cases.
- Implement MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, observability, continuous improvement, continuous learning, and feedback systems.
- Collaborate with product teams, domain experts, and MSCI Research to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI/ML practices and architecture.
- Lead evaluation and integration of LLMs and open inference and orchestration frameworks.
- Drive code reviews, design documentation, experimentation frameworks, engineering standards, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve AI engineering productivity by using AI agents to automate tasks.
Requirements
- Principal-level expertise in AI/ML and experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing large language models and multi-agent architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure on Azure and GCP, including distributed inference pipelines.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Langflow.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, and system observability.
- Deep knowledge of conversational AI, dialog management, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Experience architecting conversational AI platforms using generative AI models, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and experimentation frameworks for generative AI services.
- Demonstrated success building and mentoring AI and engineering teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
