Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from ideation and architecture through implementation and release.
- Build pragmatic, scalable full-stack software while balancing customer value and maintainability.
- Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points.
- Lead product discovery using hypotheses, quick experiments, and validation.
- Instrument tracking and metrics to enable data-driven product decisions.
- Work asynchronously and ship with minimal meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end web features.
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English for team collaboration.
- Product-minded approach with the ability to measure success through customer value and outcomes.
- Experience with product discovery, hypothesis formation, and rapid validation.
- Comfort owning tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI considerations.
- Experience integrating LLMs is a plus.
