Base Salary
$112k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own QA coverage for 1-2 pods, including test planning and execution.
- Conduct functional, regression, and design testing across iOS, Android, webapp, and backend.
- Document and track defects in Qase and Linear.
- Assess risk across features and releases to determine coverage needs.
- Own release candidate sign-off and provide clear readiness assessments.
- Identify automatable tasks and document execution-ready test cases.
- Contribute to evaluating and adopting AI-powered testing tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and coverage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in user-facing mobile apps (iOS and Android required).
- Strong manual testing skills with the ability to document bugs precisely.
- Excellent risk analysis instincts to prioritize testing effectively.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to define good coverage standards.
- Experience writing structured test plans and test cases from product specs.
- Familiarity with AI tools in QA workflows for test case generation and automation.
- Comfortable reading and understanding test scripts.
- Ability to work from SF HQ at least 3 days/week.
