Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to federal customers and executive stakeholders across complex engagements.
- Lead solution shaping, scoping, discovery, architectural strategy, and delivery execution throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Design scalable, mission-aligned Salesforce solutions and ensure architectural integrity, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Define business requirements, write user stories, and create detailed system, functional, process, and wireframe designs.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, resolve complex customer and partner issues, and manage customer expectations.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and key artifacts to keep engagements on track.
- Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies that increase business and mission value.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting community knowledge base, and promote delivery best practices.
- Present solution recommendations and program strategies to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant enterprise architecture or Salesforce Platform consulting experience across the full lifecycle, with repeated demonstrable success.
- Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, including translating complex current-state environments into target-state designs.
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and producing detailed system and functional designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, sequence diagrams, or similar techniques.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications, public-sector digital transformation experience, Public Sector Solutions or Agentforce Public Sector experience, Omni Studio experience, and an application design and development background.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens who are U.S.-born or naturalized, must not hold dual citizenship, and must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation for a Moderate Public Trust position.
- Metro DC location is preferred.
