Responsibilities

Build tools, skills, subagents, and MCP infrastructure for the AI agent stack.
Develop agent workflows, memory and context management, sandboxed execution, and agent observability.
Own agentic systems end-to-end and collaborate directly with founders and customers.
Design and implement secure execution environments, evaluation systems, tracing, guardrails, and reliability practices.

Experience building AI agents, or strong willingness to learn.
Experience with agent workflows, tools, skills, and subagents.
Interest in MCP, context management, and memory management at scale.
Ability to build secure, sandboxed execution environments.
Care for evaluation, observability, safety, and reliability.
Ability to write maintainable Python or TypeScript.
Preferred experience includes MCP servers and clients, tool design, multi-agent orchestration, containers, code execution, sandboxing, agent evaluation, tracing, observability, guardrails, retrieval, memory, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, open-source models, and model proxies.
