Base Salary
$131k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver customer workshops, strategy sessions, envisioning engagements, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototypes.
- Lead AI transformation journeys by identifying and prioritizing customer use cases and advising on AI platform and technology trends.
- Own strategic AI transformation plans for targeted accounts and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
- Integrate capabilities across Microsoft’s cloud platform and identify cross-platform opportunities.
- Maintain hands-on development and deployment expertise in AI solutions, including platform-as-a-service components.
- Build internal assets and communities, connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities, and support sales leaders and account teams.
- Meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including U.S. citizenship verification.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a qualifying degree with 4–6+ years of such experience, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Solutions Architect or equivalent experience with deep practical, hands-on software architecture and development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience providing consultative guidance, capturing and prioritizing requirements, and facilitating design thinking or ideation sessions.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions across cloud or hybrid infrastructures, including relevant Azure services.
- Proficiency with GitHub, DevOps automation, Python or an equivalent programming language, and Azure AI Foundry or agentic AI development.
- Relevant technology or discipline certifications and U.S. government industry experience are preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship is required.
- Ability to meet applicable Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements is required.
