Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to build the User Platform.
- Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to support customer learning.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable web applications and services.
- Maintain high-quality standards and continuously improve the codebase, systems, and processes.
- Mentor team members and participate in hiring.
- Contribute to the team roadmap and long-term technical strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
- High proficiency in Java.
- Experience designing the architecture and deployment of web applications and services.
- Experience writing tests.
- Ability to produce fast, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Ability to use judgment when adopting and evaluating AI technologies while maintaining quality, security, and governance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
