Base Salary
$94k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create SDK guides, end-to-end tutorials, API documentation, and blog content for ArcGIS Maps SDKs
- Test new features and verify workflows and endpoints across supported versions and products
- Triage and resolve customer-reported documentation issues
- Create community content through blogs, videos, and social media
- Support developers at conferences and in online forums
- Promote development best practices for mobile and desktop geospatial applications
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on SDK experience
- Competence with at least one Native Maps SDK programming language: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, .NET, or Qt
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain complex APIs clearly
- Understanding of Git and ability to learn and use industry-standard content management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field
