Java Developer
TransUnionResponsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support scalable telecom-domain automation solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable REST and SOAP API services and Apache Camel integration routes using JSON and XML.
- Deliver clean, well-tested, documented code with unit tests and independently own assigned deliverables.
- Automate business processes and build, test, and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations on delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Core Java, including concurrency and streams.
- Working knowledge of Spring Boot, including IoC, MVC, Spring Data JPA, and JDBC, and Apache Camel routing and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, ActiveMQ, Artemis, JMS, WS-Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
- At least 3 years of API development and integration experience with REST, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, XML, and security.
- Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and schema design experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Harness and proficiency with Git.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Telecom number porting and provisioning experience is advantageous.
- UI/UX knowledge and experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, including RPA design, development, and bot lifecycle management, are preferred.
