Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end automated testing strategies aligned with project objectives and quality standards.
- Build and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks, scripts, and operational testing tools.
- Define and track quality metrics, monitor test execution, and manage defect resolution.
- Analyze complex systems and workflows to identify testing risks and process improvements.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and facilitate communication between quality engineering and other departments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing and strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience defining and tracking quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness and product quality.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows and identify testing risks.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and automated testing in agile environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
