Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-assisted PCB design tools and EDA automation features.
- Integrate manufacturing pipelines and manage the hardware-to-production workflow.
- Own backend and user-facing full-stack platform work.
- Collaborate with the founding team on product direction and technical strategy.
- Ship quickly, incorporate user feedback, and remove project blockers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping software products, including at least one physical or hardware product delivered to end users.
- Hands-on experience with PCB design, schematic review, KiCad, or electronics hardware.
- Proficiency in at least one of C, C++, Rust, or Go.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
- Experience building and shipping embedded systems or firmware.
- An active portfolio of side projects, open-source contributions, or personal hardware builds.
- High agency, self-direction, and comfort with startup ambiguity and wearing many hats.
- Prior startup or founder experience is a plus.
- Experience with EDA tools, manufacturing pipelines, hardware supply chain integration, or AI/machine-learning tooling is a plus.
