Responsibilities

Design, build, and A/B test product experiments to improve conversion, activation, retention, and monetization.
Track growth metrics and use user behavior and experiment results to make iterative product decisions.
Build and optimize growth systems including in-app messaging, billing, email orchestration, and experimentation infrastructure.
Own and improve signup, onboarding, admin dashboard, upgrade, pricing, and in-product experiences.
Collaborate with product, design, data, marketing, and engineering teams to accelerate self-serve growth.
Personalize onboarding and build experiences for AI credit metering, usage limits, paywalls, and upgrade nudges.

At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React, plus HTML, CSS, and UI libraries.
Experience owning growth metrics such as product activation, retention, or revenue on a growth or product-led growth team at a SaaS company.
Experience shipping experiments from hypothesis through ship-or-kill decisions.
Ability to work independently with strong product judgment, data fluency, and comfort speaking with users.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and move quickly while maintaining responsible engineering practices.
