Responsibilities
- Embed with a PTA cohort and build plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors that solve high-friction workflows while measuring adoption and impact.
- Generalize successful cohort-specific solutions into reusable plugins, skill templates, and patterns for the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace.
- Author documentation and guides that reduce activation costs for future cohorts.
- Add and harden MCP server integrations through the MCP Gateway and AWS connector layer, including tools such as Glean, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Databricks.
- Partner with security and platform owners on authentication, scopes, and observability.
- Contribute to platform and AI Unlock roadmaps, quarterly milestones, office hours, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Surface security, BAA, cost, and throttling blockers early.
- Support adoption health, mentor engineers on agentic-coding patterns, and participate in on-call support for marketplace-published artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
- Production experience with a modern application stack such as Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, plus modern CI/CD.
- Ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases, including through consulting, forward-deployed, solutions, or platform-adjacent work.
- Hands-on experience with at least one agentic coding tool in a production or near-production setting, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, or Aider.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce documentation, runbooks, and educational artifacts.
- Preferred experience includes MCP server or Claude Code plugin development, healthcare or HIPAA-regulated systems, customer-facing engineering or solutions architecture, API gateways, OAuth/M2M flows, service meshes, and full-stack frontend/backend/infrastructure work.
- Familiarity with Aledade’s stack—Python/FastAPI, Vue/TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Auth0, Datadog, and Sumo Logic—is preferred but not required.
