Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the deepgram.com Next.js codebase, GitHub repository, branching and CI/CD processes, and code review.
- Maintain Sanity CMS architecture, reusable modules, staging and production environments, and publishing workflows.
- Run the global design system and component library and manage the Vercel platform.
- Build and operate a scalable QA and staging program for the marketing site.
- Lead internationalization and localization, including locale routing, URL architecture, hreflang, and localized content workflows.
- Support technical SEO, including site architecture, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
- Improve LLM discoverability through structured data, metadata, and content architecture.
- Develop infrastructure for website experimentation and implement forms, gated content, and attribution instrumentation with marketing operations.
- Maintain the site's cybersecurity posture and conduct routine safety audits across dependencies and scripts.
- Ship site improvements and campaign pages while using AI agents and tooling for development, review, QA, and safe marketing publishing.
- Direct or review the work of agency developers.
Requirements
- Experience owning and developing marketing websites rather than only product surfaces.
- Experience with enterprise repository ownership, branching strategy, CI/CD, and code-review practices.
- Experience with headless CMS architecture, preferably Next.js with Sanity.
- Experience with the modern React ecosystem for web development.
- Experience using Vercel as a production platform.
- Ability to demonstrate concrete use of AI agents and tooling in an AI-native development workflow.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and willingness to work in an ambitious, fast-changing environment.
- Technical leadership experience directing or reviewing agency developers.
- Preferred: experience with internationalization and localization, including URL architecture, locale routing, and multi-region infrastructure.
- Preferred: familiarity with A/B testing on production marketing sites.
- Preferred: interest in voice AI and voice-interactive web experiences.
