Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver transformative AWS programs for financial-services clients.
- Define cloud architecture strategies and visions and deliver AWS-based solutions with measurable business impact.
- Advise senior stakeholders on cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and technology investment decisions.
- Design cloud-native platforms, distributed zero-trust architectures, integrations, landing zones, and data and AI platforms.
- Bridge senior stakeholders and engineering teams by translating architecture into practical delivery plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional technical teams through client engagements.
- Lead presales activity, bid responses, solution proposals, and commercial estimations.
- Mentor junior talent, contribute thought leadership, and promote delivery excellence across the Technology and Engineering Practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience shaping enterprise-scale solution and enterprise architecture on AWS, supported by relevant AWS certifications.
- Experience advising senior leadership on cloud strategy, adoption, migration, and modernization in partnership with AWS.
- Domain expertise in at least one financial-services area, such as capital markets, retail banking, payments, wealth, asset management, or insurance.
- Experience leading presales engagements, formal bid responses, solution proposals, and commercial estimations.
- Experience designing integrations between AWS, other cloud providers, legacy on-premises systems, and third-party services using API-led design, gateways, and BFF patterns.
- Experience designing distributed zero-trust architectures using AWS services including EKS, Lambda, and EventBridge or SNS/SQS.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in agile delivery using modern engineering practices such as SAFe and DevOps.
- Knowledge of recognized architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, Domain-Driven Design, or NIST.
- Senior or managerial consulting experience is beneficial.
- Professional AWS certifications such as Certified Solutions Architect and architecture qualifications such as TOGAF are beneficial.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data and AI platforms with Redshift, SageMaker, Bedrock, and generative AI capabilities is beneficial.
- Experience designing secure multi-account landing zones with AWS Organizations, IAM, networking architectures, and security guardrails is beneficial.
- Experience launching greenfield cloud-native ventures or innovative digital platforms is beneficial.
