Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models and systems.
Build LLM, generative AI, NLP, chatbot, autonomous-agent, computer vision, forecasting, and geospatial visualization solutions.
Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and project delivery oversight to AI project teams.
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define scope, provide technical consultation, and integrate AI solutions into client systems.
Develop intelligent agents, chatbots, and copilot solutions using agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent approaches.
Optimize AI models for edge devices and mobile applications, including custom OCR pipelines.
Conduct research and development on emerging AI/ML methods and propose innovations for the company's AI capabilities.
Use cloud platforms, ML frameworks, programming languages, and data engineering tools to build robust AI pipelines.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
5–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including leading and delivering complex AI projects.
Expertise in at least two AI domains, including NLP, LLMs, generative AI, RAG, computer vision, or advanced data science/machine learning.
Proficiency in Python, with Java or Scala experience also relevant.
Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI/ML services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent orchestration, and multi-agent systems is highly desirable.
Experience with predictive modeling and tools such as scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and Optuna.
Familiarity with data governance, including data quality, lineage, security, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with data engineering principles and tools such as Kafka and Spark.
Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, client-facing, independent-working, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
