Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models and systems.
- Build LLM, generative AI, NLP, chatbot, autonomous-agent, computer vision, forecasting, and geospatial visualization solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and project delivery oversight to AI project teams.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define scope, provide technical consultation, and integrate AI solutions into client systems.
- Develop intelligent agents, chatbots, and copilot solutions using agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent approaches.
- Optimize AI models for edge devices and mobile applications, including custom OCR pipelines.
- Conduct research and development on emerging AI/ML methods and propose innovations for the company's AI capabilities.
- Use cloud platforms, ML frameworks, programming languages, and data engineering tools to build robust AI pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including leading and delivering complex AI projects.
- Expertise in at least two AI domains, including NLP, LLMs, generative AI, RAG, computer vision, or advanced data science/machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, with Java or Scala experience also relevant.
- Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI/ML services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent orchestration, and multi-agent systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with predictive modeling and tools such as scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and Optuna.
- Familiarity with data governance, including data quality, lineage, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with data engineering principles and tools such as Kafka and Spark.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, client-facing, independent-working, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- The requirements are guidelines rather than strict conditions, and transferable skills are considered.
