Responsibilities
- Create sample applications, SDKs, and reference code demonstrating best practices.
- Produce tutorials, how-to guides, blog posts, and short demos for developer communities and events.
- Provide technical support and triage for partners and customers integrating Autodesk Platform Services APIs.
- Reproduce integration issues and coordinate fixes with engineering teams.
- Influence API design and improve developer experience, onboarding flows, and runbooks with product and engineering teams.
- Build reference implementations and example code for Model Context Protocol servers and clients.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate prototypes, sample generation, and documentation while maintaining output quality and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering or developer-facing experience in web, cloud, or native development.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and modern web or cloud stacks.
- Ability to produce clean, tested sample code.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization patterns, including OAuth2 flows and service accounts.
- Fluency with Agentic AI, Skills, and SDD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to technical audiences.
- Preferred experience in developer advocacy, developer support, or partner-facing engineering.
- Preferred experience with Autodesk Platform Services, Forge, or Autodesk product APIs such as Revit, ACC/BIM Automation, and Fusion.
- Preferred experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, .NET, Docker, and cloud deployment patterns.
- Familiarity with MCP server and client patterns or agentic AI integration concepts is preferred.
