Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, apply, and support complex enterprise projects.
- Develop backend applications and connectors for PowerApps and ServiceNow solutions.
- Evaluate customer requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Consult with user departments on system requirements and resolve current and future system issues.
- Develop new systems, upgrades, and enhancements while maintaining compliance with approved standards.
- Analyze system changes for feasibility, alternative solutions, and backup procedures.
- Participate in system design reviews and recommend approval of functional and technical design documents.
- Evaluate, select, develop, test, integrate, and troubleshoot systems software and hardware.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Four to seven years of relevant web application development experience, including two years of full-stack development.
- Master’s degree in an IT-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is noted for the senior qualification level.
- Experience working with third-party systems and cloud-based ServiceNow and PowerApps deployments.
- Proficiency with Angular, React, Vue, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bootstrap, JSON, and YAML.
- Proficiency with C#, .NET Core, NUnit, AWS, Azure, SQL, and Oracle.
- Knowledge of software development and project management methodologies, multi-tiered applications, web services, APIs, clustered environments, database servers, application servers, and report servers.
- Experience in an Agile software development environment with JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and classified-information access requirements.
