Responsibilities

  • Prepare custom Level 3 client reports from specified requirements and data sets.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for intelligent data and reporting functions.
  • Develop and maintain correction files and tools for data adjustments.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using Python scripts and Excel macros.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Query and manage data using AWS Athena and Aurora for scalable, performant processing.
  • Collaborate with Data Services, Client Services, Business Analysts, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Document report-generation and correction workflows and maintain clear process guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas and NumPy.
  • Strong knowledge of API integration and extraction from structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge for querying and managing relational databases.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing and data engineering techniques for scalable data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Athena, Aurora, and S3.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred: experience with Power BI or Tableau, familiarity with Git and workflow automation, and knowledge of financial data and reporting standards.
