Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development teams and engineers.
- Define software architecture and participate in technology selection.
- Conduct thorough code reviews focused on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, operations, security, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Research and evaluate technologies and tools to improve development processes and products.
- Identify and resolve complex technical problems while ensuring system operational continuity.
- Contribute to improvements in development methodologies, processes, and team standards.
- Manage projects and initiatives of medium and high complexity.
Requirements
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of demonstrated software development experience, focused on architecture and complex solution design.
- Proficiency in multiple relevant programming languages, such as Java, Python, Go, and Node.js, and their associated frameworks.
- Strong experience with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and Oracle.
- Experience using CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and with project management tools.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial-sector experience is desirable.
- Full-stack engineering experience is desirable.
