Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Deliver customer demonstrations and Proofs of Value showcasing the CodeRabbit platform.
- Help respond to customer security questionnaires.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues.
- Track AI-powered development tool and platform trends.
- Improve internal tools and document playbooks, guides, and best practices.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environment.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders.
- Strong experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Comfort working with the command line.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong ownership, self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to mentor peers through training and shadowing.
- Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub Actions.
