Responsibilities
- Own assigned Workplace Service Delivery capabilities from business alignment through technology execution.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable, and secure technical solutions with engineering and architecture teams.
- Manage roadmap execution, technical and operational risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, compliance requirements, and technical debt.
- Lead incident response, production support events, major releases, issue triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in solution reviews, test planning, validation, release readiness assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor application health, integration performance, platform changes, service metrics, adoption, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, operations partners, vendors, and platform engineering teams.
- Mentor less experienced software engineers and lead teams to achieve objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of specialty software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience.
- At least 4 years of SQL Server development experience, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- At least 3 years of software and system architecture experience.
- At least 2 years of front-end development experience using Angular and/or React.
- At least 1 year of AI-related development experience.
- Advanced oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience includes hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation, SDLC tools and CI/CD pipelines, OpenShift Container Platform, Harness, microservices architecture, Python, TDD, Agile/Scrum, Kafka or event-driven architectures, and observability tools.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, service-to-service communication, modern data platforms, operational dashboards, large-scale enterprise deployments, and real estate canonical data models.
