Responsibilities
- Design and document integration blueprints for CRM, ERP, operations, and analytics systems.
- Define API standards, data models, naming conventions, versioning protocols, deployment guidelines, and integration governance.
- Develop, deploy, prototype, and maintain system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, Python, and Node.js.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL jobs for data synchronization and accuracy.
- Identify and automate manual processes through workflow and integration solutions.
- Monitor system health, performance, and integration stability, implementing logging, alerting, and resilience mechanisms.
- Ensure data privacy and security standards are applied to system connections.
- Maintain architecture documentation and technical records for audit and continuity.
- Develop the integration roadmap and translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
- Provide technical mentorship to developers and promote automation and systems thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in technology architecture or integration engineering, including hands-on system integration, connectivity, and automation experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL, and integration tools such as Make, Workato, MuleSoft, and Zapier.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations across ERP, CRM, operations, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data flows, architecture patterns, and API governance.
- Ability to diagnose problems, debug, and optimize performance across complex systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or technology-platform environments is preferred.
- Ability to balance strategic architectural design with practical hands-on execution.
