Base Salary

$290k - $365k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the developer education content roadmap, prioritizing what gets built and for whom.
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure educational content accompanies major launches.
Collaborate with DevRel on community content and developer programs.
Manage video producers, technical writers, and contractors to execute the content roadmap.
Conduct ongoing content audits to update and refine educational materials.
Define and track content performance metrics to measure developer adoption and fluency.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure education reaches developer audiences effectively.

5+ years in developer content strategy, education, or technical content leadership.
Experience managing a content roadmap end-to-end.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, and marketing.
Deep understanding of developer needs and content engagement.
Excellent writing and editing skills for translating technical concepts.
Extensive use of AI tools in professional work.
Ability to build processes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Perspective on the evolution of developer education as AI capabilities advance.
